Ingeborg Flønes (50) is CEO at HOFF SA, the largest potato processing company in Norway. The company manufactures and sells frozen, dry and fresh potato products, potato starch, glucose, spirits and merchandise for the grocery market, the catering business and for industrial customers.
Flønes has more than 20 years of management experience. Prior to HOFF she was Director of Consumer Services at the Norwegian Consumer Council. Flønes has also worked as a Category and Marketing Director at Nortura SA and as Country Category & Marketing Manager, Personal Systems Group, HP Norway.
Ingeborg Flønes is a graduated Civil engineer on Industrial Economics from the Trondheim Ingeniør Høgskole (TIH) and the Norwegian University of Technology (NTH). She has also a degree in Industrial Economics NTNU and e-MBA on Economic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
